Unit Best Practice Reports

At each JLAB, we ask the 40 Leadership Teams to provide us with reports on what their units do very well. Want to know how those JROTC units raise funds or put on a military ball or form a winning drill team or color guard? Those and many other topics are addressed in these Best Practice Reports. We would really like to get feedback from you on the benefit of these reports and any ideas you may have to improve our efforts to assist you in improving JROTC unit operations. Contact LTC (Ret) Tom Torbert (ttorbert@collegeoptions.net) with your ideas.
