The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, College Options Foundation, and RTG & Associates, Inc. welcomes the opportunity to provide every Boys State and Girls State Director a wonderful fundraising opportunity. We are offering The Complete Guide to College Admissions and Financing (2 cd/dvd pack) PLUS the new Zero Hour Threat SAT/ACT Test Prep Game designed by i.d.e.a.s. at Disney-MGM Studios (a $100 value) for $15. Your members in turn sell these proven college success products for the suggested retail price of $30. Your unit keeps $15 of every sale!
The Complete Guide to College Admissions and Financing provides all the critical information a student needs and over one hundred web links enabling the student to bypass counselors and administrators. This is a risk-free, high-value fundraising program available to your departments and membership in support of your State Summer Program. College Options Foundation will provide Legion/Auxiliary-oriented flyers and supplies to you for this College Preparatory Package with no upfront costs. It can be used by your Posts to pay for your Boys/Girls State Summer Event and possibly scholarship support for your 'citizens'.
The concept is quite simple. We will provide order forms , a two-pack CD/DVD series on The Complete Guide to College Admissions and Financing, plus the New Zero Hour Threat SAT and ACT Test Prep Game designed by i.d.e.a.s at Disney, MGM Studios for $15 per pack. Your members sell the packs to friends, neighbors and family members… who would gladly pay the $30 cost for this $100 program to help their children and grandchildren with the trying task of college admissions and cost.
Example: If you have 20,000 state members, we will supply you with 20,000 flyers to include in your regular mailings. Once your orders are completed, mail the order form to us. We will send you the cds (2 total) for each order and bill you $15 per order. Then you distribute the cds and collect the money. The potential is enormous. For instance, if just 25% of your membership purchases the program for their families (and we believe it will be much higher) you will receive $75,000.00 for your state programs. This total will grow exponentially with sales to extended families, local church groups, etc.
There is no up-front funding; you are invoiced for $15 for each you order. At the end of 45 days we request payment on the amount you ordered …it doesn’t get any easier than that.
